    • Agriculture is a major driver to the Manitoba economy and employers are currently struggling to fill vacant positions.

    • The labour demand and supply gap are expected to increase in the next decade.

    • 2017 saw 1,100 unfilled agriculture jobs resulting in $367 million in lost sales.
